BLOG – WORKING IT

  • September 28, 2016

Not many people realise that as well as racing for Lucas Dumbrell Motorsport in the Virgin Australia Supercars Championship, I actually also hold down a full-time job. When I am not racing, I can be found working in data entry consulting for Stratton Finance, and working on my Cert 4 in finance and mortgage broking. This means that between racing, gym commitments, media commitments and working, I don’t have a lot of spare time, but to be honest, I wouldn’t have it any other way. Compared to last year, I have a lot less free time than I used to, but I find that it helps me. It helps...

LATE RACE EXCURSION HIDES IMPROVEMENTS AT SANDOWN

  • September 18, 2016

BLOG – FOOD, GLORIOUS FOOD

  • September 7, 2016

In my most recent blog, we talked about exercise. But, we all know that when it comes to fitness and wellbeing, exercise is only part of the picture. What you put into your body is just as important as what you do with it, if you want to be operating at your best. This is why I am very careful about what I eat. However, when you put together my training with my driving commitments, media commitments, driver training work and my full-time job; I don’t have a lot of time left over to be meal planning or food prepping unfortunately. So, what I do is use the services of Trista’s Kitchen...

  • September 5, 2016

Hi everyone! Just a quick update for you all. I am currently in the running for the People’s Choice AMP Scholarship. Since 1998, AMP Scholarships have been helping Kiwis do great things. With more than $2 million awarded across the country, more than 160 Kiwis (and counting) have been able to do outstanding things in their fields. To be successful, I need as many people as possible to vote for me, so if you would be so inclined to take a few seconds to click here or on the link below (which goes direct to my voting page) I would be greatly appreciative. Every vote counts, so if you wanted...
